By purchasing my plugins, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- You may use the plugins in any of your commercial or non-commercial game projects.
- You may modify the plugin's code to better suit your projects.
- You may use the plugins in NSFW game projects, provided they do not involve incest or underage characters.
- You may not resell or redistribute the plugins themselves (even modified versions) anywhere.
- You may not distribute the plugin to clients as part of a game development service. Each client must purchase their own license for the plugins.
- You need to give credit to Sang Hendrix. For RPG Maker Action Combat, please include the following attribution instead: "Made with plugin RPG Maker Action Combat by Sang Hendrix."
For software/plugin Developers
- You may not use RPG Maker Action Combat resources to promote your software/plugins without a proper credit. Please add this note directly on the footage: "Footage from the RPG Maker Action Combat plugin by Sang Hendrix." Additionally, include this link in your video description.
Legal and General Terms
All intellectual property rights in the plugin and its documentation remain exclusively with Sang Hendrix. This license only grants you the right to use the plugin, not ownership of it.
The developer is not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use or inability to use the plugins. You assume all responsibility for its use.
