Sang Hendrix Plugins - Terms and Conditions

By purchasing my plugins, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

You may use the plugins in any of your commercial or non-commercial game projects.
You may modify a non-obfuscated plugin's code to better suit your projects using any tools.
You may use the plugins in NSFW game projects, provided they do not involve incest or underage characters.
You may not resell, redistribute, or release the plugins (including modified versions).
You may not use any illegal or unauthorized version of the plugins in your projects.
You may not provide the plugin to clients as part of a game development service. Each client must purchase their own license.

You are prohibited from copying or distributing the plugins, including their code, assets, documentation, and branding.
You are prohibited from building or publishing your own version of a plugin by using Sang Hendrix plugins as the base. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.
You may not use RPG Maker Action Combat resources to promote your software/plugins without proper credit.

All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Sang Hendrix. The license only grants usage rights, not ownership.
The developer is not liable for damages or issues arising from use or inability to use the plugins.
The developer is not liable for damages caused by illegal versions obtained outside sanghendrix.itch.io or patreon.com/SangHendrix.

Each license is personal and tied to a single individual.
You may not share one license across multiple people. If you have a team, each member who directly uses the plugin must purchase their own license. Team members who do not use the plugin (e.g., marketing, artists, managers) do not need a license.
Each licensed individual may use their license for their own game projects, but licenses cannot be transferred to another person.
